Enter your 4-digit PIN. The tracker remembers you after that on the same device, until you log out.
By default you only see your own crew's jobs. Click "View all department tasks" to see everything, and again to switch back.
Drag the slider, then attach a photo or a short note and click Save (or press Enter) to actually commit the change. Without a photo or note, Save won't do anything — every update needs some evidence behind it. Notes and photos are saved permanently on the job, visible to anyone who opens it later.
"Mark complete" jumps a job to 100% and moves it to Completed Projects. Reopen it from that list if it isn't actually finished.
Click "Edit" to change its description, owner, crew, or dates, then Save changes. Reassigning to a different person requires a reason, and doesn't take effect immediately — the new person has to accept it first (see below).
Change "Person responsible" in Edit, type a reason, and save. The job stays with the current owner until the new person accepts it — they'll see Accept/Decline buttons right on that job once it's their turn to review. All existing notes and photos carry over automatically once accepted.
Use "Add a job": pick a person (or "New person..." for someone not yet in the tracker), fill in the description, start date, and due date — all three are required. Jobs within each crew are sorted by due date automatically, soonest first. If you assign a job to someone other than yourself, it waits for them to accept it (see below) — assigning a job to yourself skips that step.
When someone assigns a job to you (rather than you creating it for yourself), it shows a banner until you accept it, with Accept/Decline buttons right on the job. Declining notifies whoever assigned it so they can reassign it to someone else. This also applies to graphics requests created for Gabbi.
Managers requesting either one sends it to admin for approval first — you'll get an email once it's approved or denied. Admin's own Park/Delete actions happen immediately after a confirmation prompt. Only admin can create a brand-new job as long-range from the start; managers get there by creating it normally, then requesting Park.
Click any thumbnail to view it full-size; click again to close. Remove a photo with the small × on its corner, if you have edit access to that job.
You'll get an email whenever a job you own changes, whenever a Park/Delete/reassignment request you're involved in gets decided, and if your PIN is ever reset. If you have a phone number on file, you'll also get a text the moment a brand-new job is assigned to you.
